Our curriculum is more than just lessons in a classroom. Here at Peterhouse we have tried hard to enrich our curriculum with lots and lots of whole school events. It is our aim that over a child's time in school each one of them will get the opportunity to shine at something.
So far this year we have completed the following activities:
We have created our very own music CD. A professional recording studio was set up in the school hall and we all got the chance to record a track. The CD was then given free of charge to all the families and staff as a gift for Christmas. Below are three of our favourite tracks:
Our sculpture for the GoGo Hare trail has been completed and sent off to Norwich. We are looking forward to seeing it a little later in the summer. The winning design came from Billie in Year 6 and was painted by the 25 finalists from the design competition (with a little help from Mr. Freeman). We are excited to see where in Norwich our hare ends up.
The following projects are planned to take place later this year:
We have partnered up with Adnams and will be taking part in their Farm to Fork scheme. This means that we will be growing food on our farm that will be sold to Adnams and used in their restaurants. We are hoping to get photos of the actual dishes that our produce has ended up creating.
